Greene named to Dean’s List

Rochester — Roxbury resident Danyelle Greene has been named to the Dean’s List for the winter quarter at Rochester Institute of Technology. A third-year student in RIT’s College of Applied Science and Technology, Danyelle is studying civil engineering. Danyelle is the daughter of Wendy and Steve Greene of Roxbury and is a 2009 graduate of Roxbury Central School.

Cody Allison on dean’s list

Albany — Cody Allison from Roxbury, a student at Sage College of Albany, has been placed on the Dean’s Honor List for the Fall 2011 Semester. Dean’s Honor List students obtain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30 after completing a course load of 112 credit hours or more, and receiving no letter grade below a C.

Caitlyn Roberts on Dean’s List

Caitlyn Roberts of Arkville has been cited for academic achievement for the fall 2010 semester at the State University of NY College of Technology at Delhi. Buerge named to scholar list

Kaitlin May Buerge has been placed on the college scholar list by earning a 3.83 average during the fall semester of 2010. Season Fiedler, daughter of Bill and Dee Fiedler of Dry Brook, graduated on May 8 from Saint Rose College in Albany where she earned a bachelor of arts degree with a dual certification in special education and early childhood education. Suzanna DiBenedetto graduated with summa cum laude honors from California State University, Chico on May 22. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science. Area residents are Alfred grads

Alfred — Dillon Knapp of Andes and Erica Hubbell of Margaretville were among the nearly 900 two- and four-year degree candidates who received diplomas from Alfred State College this spring.  Associate and baccalaureate degrees were awarded in fields of agriculture, health, business, vocational, and engineering technology, as well as the arts and sciences.            

Moore earns degree in chemistry

Rensselaer — Margaretville native Casey Moore graduated from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute (RPI) on May 29 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. While at RPI Moore did research with the Linhardt group on the chemical modification of heparin.
