On April 22, at approximately 4:20 p.m., State Police at Stamford arrested Lisa I. Radenhausen, 53, of Jefferson, for the felony of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs with a Prior Conviction in 10 Years. Troopers were alerted by Delaware County 911 of a vehicle reported to be driving erratically in the village, then town, of Stamford. A trooper located the vehicle while on State Highway 10 and observed the vehicle cross the center line and fail to keep right. A traffic stop was initiated and the trooper observed several signs of impaired motor coordination. After an investigation, Radenhausen was arrested, processed, then arraigned in the Town of Stamford Court where she was released on her own recognizance. Her next court appearance is scheduled for May 15.
Village of Delhi Police
On April 11, police arrested Craig Reese, 18, of Delhi, for Burglary in the 3rd degree and Petit Larceny. Reese is accused of entering the Cannon Free Library while it was closed and stealing money from a collection jar inside. Reese was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Delhi Town Court.
On April 22, police arrested Dianonay Overton Durant, 20, of Brooklyn, and Anna N. Osborn, 20, of Syracuse, for Petit Larceny. Overton Durant and Osborn, who are accused of shoplifting at the Price Chopper, were released on appearance tickets returnable to the Delhi Town Court.
On April 24, police arrested Stephen A. Zaccone Jr., 45, of Elmwood Park, NJ, for Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), Operating a Motor Vehicle with a .08 of 1% BAC or Higher, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (AUO) of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree, failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana. Zaccone is accused of driving a motor vehicle on Main Street with a BAC of .15%. Zaccone was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Delhi Town Court.
On April 25, police arrested Kaitlin S. Daly, 24, of Delhi, for misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. Daly is accused of possessing a quantity of concentrated cannabis. Daly was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Delhi Town Court.
On April 27, police arrested Casey M. Snyder, 48, of Kingston, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (AUO) of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree, speed in zone and driving to the left of pavement markings. Snyder was arraigned at the Delhi Town Court where he was remanded to the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
