period beginning on
July 1, 2015 and ending
on September 5, 2018
have been examined by
the office of the State
Comptroller and that the
report of examination
prepared by the Office
of the State Comptroller
has been filed in my
office where it is available
as a public record for
inspection by all interested
persons. Pursuant to
section thirty-five of
the General Municipal
Law, the governing
board of the Andes
Central School may, in
its discretion, prepare a
written response to the
report of examination
prepared by the Office of
the State Comptroller and
file any such response

Margaretville, all water
rentals and other water
department charges
for the period up to
December 31, 2018 which
remain unpaid on May 15,
2019 shall, by order of

Commissioners, be added
to the village tax for the
year 2019 and collected
as a special tax on the
property affected thereby.
