Delaware County Sheriff’s Office

On December 7, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Deputies arrested and charged Bradley L Wallace, 31, of Delhi, for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree and Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd degree under the New York State Penal Law.

The charges stemmed from a domestic dispute that occurred in the Town of Delhi. Wallace was later arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court and remanded to the Delaware County Correction Facility in lieu of $1500 cash bail. Wallace is set to return to the Town of Delhi Court on a later date for further court proceedings.

On December 11, Deputies arrested Matthew Bowden of Hancock, for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree. Bowden was arrested after a stop in the Town of Hancock for traffic violations.

During initial contact with Bowden, Deputies observed a strong scent of marijuana emanating from his vehicle. A search of the vehicle was then performed revealing that Bowden was in possession of a quantity of marihuana. Upon further investigation, it was found that Bowden’s operating privileges in New York State had been suspended. Bowden was released with appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Hancock Court at a later date.

On December 14, at about 8:40 p.m., Deputies arrested Walter Wyble, 55, and Constance Wyble, 81, both of Kortright, on criminal summons issued by Stamford Town Court for one count each of Harassment 2nd degree following an investigation into a report of a domestic incident. Both Wybles are scheduled to re-appear at Stamford Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

Town of Shandaken Police

On December 15, Shannon Rizzo, 36, of Arkville, was stopped by police for vehicle and traffic violations and found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was charge with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 7th, a misdemeanor. He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Shandaken Court.

On December 15, Kyle Naccarato, 38, of Saugerties, was stopped by police for vehicle and traffic violations and found to be operating with a suspended license. He was issued tickets returnable to Shandaken Court.

On December 15, Eric Tomkins, 36, of Highmount, was stopped by police for vehicle and traffic violations and found to be operating with a suspended license. He was issued tickets returnable to Shandaken Court.

On December 16, Adam Roufiberg, 43, of Willow, was stopped by police for vehicle and traffic violations and found to be in possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Shandaken Court.

On December 16, Joseph Toth, 57, of Mt Tremper was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender, a felony. Toth was arraigned in Shandaken Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail.

Village of Delhi Police Department

On December 12, police served a criminal summons to Kim Riera, 47, of Bovina Center directing her to appear in Delhi Town Court to answer complaints of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the 1st Degree and Welfare Fraud in the 3rd Degree. The complaints against Riera were filed by fraud investigators at the Delaware County Department of Social Services.
