Library to host series of events

Pine Hill - The Morton Memorial (Pine Hill) Library will host a series of fall programs including Bingo for Books this Friday night, Sept. 29, knitting classes by Tina Harp the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, children’s craft and story time on October 7, computer classes for adults on Tuesdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Gameboard night the first Thursdays in October 5 and November 2.

Knitting classes run from 10:00 a.m. until Noon and are open to knitters of all ability levels.  The next class will be October 11.  Kids will make green slime monsters at the library starting at 10:30 a.m. on October 7 and the program, with a story time, is open for those from age 2 to 10.  Bingo for Books begins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and is open to people of all ages.  Computer help for adults covers a variety of user needs including but not limited to setting up Facebook, using e-mail and general computer operation questions.  Like bingo, game board night is open to all ages from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and people can play the games at the library or bring in their own to share.  For more information on the library and its programs, call 845.254.4222
