Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Laura A. Fagan, 48, of Harpersfield on May 8 for two counts of grand larceny, a Class E felony, and one count of obstruction of a governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor. It is alleged that Fagan sold items that did not belong to her and further interfered with an official investigation that was being conducted by the sheriff’s office.

Fagan was arraigned in the Town of Stamford Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secure bond. She was to re-appear in the Town of Stamford Court on May 9 at 5 p.m.

On Monday, May 8, Delaware County Deputies arrested Fagan for one count of second-degree promoting prison contraband, a class A misdemeanor. Upon booking Fagan into the county jail on a separate charge, corrections officers found unauthorized narcotic pills in her personal belongings.

Fagan was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Delhi Court to answer the charge.
