30 Franks Street in Arkville is exactly the challenge that Phil Farinacci loves. Phil is a second homeowner in Margaretville and purchased his personal property from Peggy Bellar and Meade Camp of the Catskill Dream Team at Realty USA. He was interested in taking on some projects in the area and engaged Bellar and Camp to represent him. This is his first transaction and plans are under way for future projects. Farinacci will be working with contractors on this foreclosed, neglected property and will be completing a renovation soon! Thomas Fedorson of Greene County Realty represented the sellers.

House with acreage moves

Thomas Mathes was getting ready to make a professional move from his 5-year-old Saugerties home. He researched the agents and agencies in Ulster County with his real estate Mom in Nashville and they picked Joan Roberts of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties to list and sell his home. The very hip and functional house on six acres in Saugerties was sold on Tuesday to two lovely ladies from Brooklyn. Joan Roberts of the Boiceville Office for Coldwell Banker Timberland had the exclusive listing and the sale was affected by Jeff Serouya of Westwood Metes and Bounds Realty in Stone Ridge.

LaFever Lake Home

Robert Ooms and Marlyse Benson built their dream home in 2007 by the beautiful and pristine LaFever Lake. Due to family circumstances, they decided to put their beloved house on the market. It did not take long for Laura Benge Gallet and Nicolas Gallet, the buyers, to fall in love with the property. They are planning to use it as a family gathering place. The property was listed by Carol Spinelli and sold by Marta Weisz, both licensed real estate agents with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Jeremy Vandermark has purchased a home in Franklin from Ann Finch. The beautiful Victorian home is full of charm and the Vandermark family eagerly looks forward to settling into the community. The property was listed by Betsy Shultis of Benson Real Estate and sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
