Bank sells home

Arley Scofield of Jamesville has purchased 2169 Irish Hill Road, Kortright from DNB of Delhi. Melissa Wakin-Mostert of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties was the listing agent and Patty Finne of Real Estate Plus was buyer’s agent.

Soon to be renovated

30 Franks Street in Arkville is exactly the challenge that Phil Farinacci loves. Phil is a second homeowner in Margaretville and purchased his personal property from Peggy Bellar and Meade Camp of the Catskill Dream Team at Realty USA. He was interested in taking on some projects in the area and engaged Bellar and Camp to represent him. This is his first transaction and plans are under way for future projects. Farinacci will be working with contractors on this foreclosed, property and will be completing a renovation soon! Thomas Fedorson represented the sellers.

Golf course home

Husband and wife Jack Barnet and Sandra LaCarrubba enjoyed summers in the Catskills for years. But they decided it was time to sell their log home at 157 Mill Road in Halcottsville. After an unsuccessful attempt to sell their house, Jack and Sandy turned to Meade Camp and Peggy Bellar of the Catskill Dream Team, of RealtyUSA. Meade and Peggy were delighted to have so much to work with including the home’s secluded setting and pristine condition and gave it the Catskill Dream Team treatment. Maria Gianis of the Machree Group represented the delighted buyer. Jack and Sandy are happy to be heading to Florida one last time.

Stamford parcel

Timothy Moore of Connecticut has purchased a retreat on Lyon Mountain Road in Stamford from James and Deborah Vulpi. The 5.7-acre parcel with its hiking trails and mountain views was listed exclusively and then sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
