The Duggan Family has sold their lovely chalet at 502 Piacquadio Rd. in Margaretville to Crystal Ginn and her husband Philip Jeffs. They are looking forward to working on the home and spending time in the area. The property was sold by Alexander Exarchos of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, Delhi Office.

Yoga studio

Rob and Jutta Greenberg were ready to move on to the next chapter and sell their family home and yoga studio of 30 years. They reached out to Peggy Bellar and Meade Camp of the Catskill Dream Team at Keller Williams. Belleayre Lodging LLC purchased the property. The Greenbergs will be staying in the area and Rob will continue to teach his yoga classes. Bellar and Camp helped facilitate the sale with the buyer as well.

97-acre farm

Graham and Autumn Hobbs had dreamed of owning a picture perfect farmhouse to enjoy with family and friends. When they saw Liz and Bob Elser’s 1945 farm on 97 acres with huge secret meadow, they were taken by the property. An accepted offer was made and will be enjoyed by the new owners. The property was exclusively listed and sold by Carol Spinelli, licensed salesperson with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
