Medicare topic at Skene Nov. 19

Fleischmanns—It’s Open Enrollment time again, and whether you’re enrolling in Medicare for the first time or wondering if this is the year to change the plan you have, there’s a lot to think about and a lot to understand as you try to choose the best coverage for you.

New York State has a program to help with all of that. It’s called the Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP), and Delaware County’s HICAP Coordinator Donna Martino will be on hand at the Skene Memorial Library in Fleischmanns on Saturday, Nov. 19, starting at 1 p.m. to answer questions and provide information.

If you’re overwhelmed by mailed solicitations to change your plan or provider… If you have questions about the new 2017 Medicare Part D prescription plans… If you wonder whether a Medicare Advantage Plan may be a better deal for your needs... If you need extra assistance to cover co-pays or other Medicare costs, Donna can help.
