Real Estate Changes: May 6, 2015

Roxbury Townhouse
Frank and Patricia Sacco have sold their Roxbury Run townhouse to Katie Clinebelle.  The new owner is looking forward to some time away from her busy schedule in NYC to enjoy all that the Catskill Mountains have to offer.  The property was exclusively listed by Christine O’Shaughnessy and sold by John Marinaccio, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Pine Hill investment
Raymond and Michelle Kole decided to sell their two-apartment investment property at 303 Main Street in Pine Hill as one step towards their future relocation.  They engaged Peggy Bellar and Meade Camp of the Catskill Dream Team at Keller Williams to help them achieve that goal.  The property was sold to Audrey Taylor who plans to continue using it as an investment.

Home with guest cottage
Alex DiBenedetto, Jean Santorelli, and Dolores Forstbauer have sold a house on Johnson Hollow in Roxbury to Vanessa Wilson and Marc Segall. The home, with its 10 acres of private land, also came with a guest cottage and was exclusively listed for sale by Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Delhi land parcel
The Seringer Family recently sold a parcel of land to James Krueger of Delhi.  Rev. Krueger plans to use the land for recreation. The property was listed exclusively and the sale was arranged by Ray Pucci of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Stamford home
Bill and Julie Seachrist have purchased 16 Main Street in the Village of Stamford from Karen Mattice. The home once belonged to Karen’s mom.  After renting for years. Bill and Julie are happy to call this three-bedroom, two-bath ranch home their own.  The property was listed and sold by Paula Loesel at the Coldwell Banker Timberland office in Stamford.

Former Stamford inn
The Historical Jacobs and Jacobs Law Office Building in Stamford, that once house the Scotch Mist Inn, has been purchased by  the DGR Development Corp. The new owners plan on bringing it back to its former glory. The property was listed exclusively and sold by Ronald Guichard, associate broker, with Keller Williams Upstate NY Properties.

Rider Hollow retreat
Kyle Buehn bought a recently renovated country retreat on Rider Hollow in Arkville from Melanie Warner. He’s excited to be able to fish in the summer, snowboard in the winter, and just relax in the great outdoors. The property was listed exclusively by Kevin Valk and sold by Janel Bladow, both of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties in Margaretville. 

Northfield Cape
First-time homebuyer Mark Van Valkenberg has purchased the Walter Sadecki estate and is looking forward to updating the Northfield Cape. The sale was brought about in cooperation with Fred Youmans of Ogden Real Estate and listed by Sandra J. Sheradin, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, Delhi Office.
