Charles W. Ingram of Margaretville was arrested by state police Thursday and charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing following a domestic dispute that allegedly occurred Wednesday night. State police say they charged Ingram following a complaint from his wife who also requested that an order of protection be granted.
Ingram was arraigned in Town of Roxbury Justice Court and released after he posted $250 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Middletown Justice Court on April 14.
In a related instance, state police arrested Ingram on Friday, charging him with second-degree criminal contempt after he allegedly tried to speak with his wife in violation of an order of protection.
Ingram was arraigned in Roxbury Justice Court and released on his own recognizance to appear in Town of Middletown Justice Court on April 14 to answer the additional charge.

Acting on a complaint, state police arrested Haley Walcutt of Roxbury Wednesday and charged her with aggravated harassment after she allegedly posted threatening messages for the complainant on Facebook.
Walcutt was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Roxbury Justice Court on April 27 at 9 a.m.

Israel L. Rivera,no address or age given, was arrested by state police last week Tuesday and charged with speeding and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation after he was stopped on Route 28 in the Town of Middletown.
Rivera was arraigned in Town of Middletown Justice Court and released after posting $500 cash bail. He is scheduled to reappear in Middletown Justice Court on April 17 at 10 a.m.

Raymond O. Rosa of Margaretville was arrested by state police last week Tuesday on a warrant charging him with writing three bad checks. Police say that while serving the arrest warrant at Rosa’s home they additionally charged him with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jennifer A. Winne, 27, of Bearsville was arrested by Shandaken Police last week Tuesday and charged with one count of criminal possession of a forged instrument after she allegedly passed a check with an altered amount at the Phoenicia Supermarket.
Winne was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Shandaken Justice Court on April 14.
