The event will be devoted to all things outside, from the ways animals live in their habitats to learning about and enjoying the outdoor environment safely. The Andes Roundtable will present a 63-minute documentary film entitled “The Billboard from Bethlehem,” about an American billboard company that empowers Israeli soldiers and Palestinian resistance fighters to gather children and paint a giant peace mural in the West Bank. This is not a film that takes sides, but rather simply praises the idea of trying to solve problems peacefully.
