Time Out: June 26, 2013

A Binghamton Met baseball game is a happening this summer. The B-Mets have a first class professional baseball team, the class of the Eastern League, 18 games above .500 and eight games in first place. Great pitching, a homerun powered offense, and some pretty decent handling of the leather on defense make attending a Binghamton game an event for the baseball purist.

But, you don’t have to be an ardent baseball fan to enjoy a trip to the park in Binghamton. Reasonable prices, fun filled activities and fan-filled promotions before, during, and even sometimes after a game are all part of the minor league baseball experience. In Binghamton, dazzling fireworks shows after every Friday night game and over 20 times during the season are fan favorites.

If you think you might like to experience a game, Wednesday, July 3 would be perfect night to get to the park. A pre-July 4th celebration that night features a double post game fireworks show that will leave you spellbound. A big crowd will be on hand so call soon to reserve a ticket. Chances are the game could be sold out and walk-in tickets will certainly be limited.
Binghamton Met baseball is a summer grand slam homerun.
