Loves the region
Ms. Spinelli discovered the Catskills for more than 25 years ago and immediately fell in love with the region and all of its offerings. She soon purchased a weekend home and split time between upstate and New York City where she was a top marketing executive. It was 14 years ago that Ms. Spinelli and her husband decided to make a full-time move to the region and that’s when she completed her requirements for her real estate license and embarked upon her second career.
Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties opened in Andes in 1971. The firm has grown to become one of the largest real estate companies in the Catskill Region and now has offices in Margaretville, Delhi, Stamford, and its newest location in Boiceville, which opened in June.
