Signs and kiosks topic at meeting
Arkville —The Central Catskills Collaborative welcomes Diane Galusha to its meeting at The Catskill Center for Conservation and Development in Arkville on Thursday, June 25 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Galusha is the communications director and education coordinator at the Catskill Watershed Corporation. She was the leader of the CWC’s Watershed Commemorative Project, which created interpretive kiosks and signage at each of New York City’s six West-of-Hudson reservoirs.
She will share her experiences with the collaborative communities who are pursuing enhanced interpretation of the resources along the Route 28 Corridor. The meeting will also include updates on the Scenic Byway Project and a recent effort organized by the state Department of Transportation to advance Catskill Region corridor improvements.
