Reception Saturday for Andes painters

Andes — Two Andes painters, Nancy McShane and Mary Davis, will be exhibiting their artwork at The Hunting Tavern Museum on Upper Main Street through Labor Day weekend.
The work of both artists is inspired by the local area and the scenery of the Catskill Mountains. The McShane paintings are executed in acrylics, and the Davis works, landscapes and still life, are done in pastels.

There will be an opening reception at the museum on Saturday, July 30, from 4-6 p.m., and refreshments will be served. Regular hours at the museum are Saturdays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., and hours will also be longer on Andes Community Day, which this year is Saturday, Aug. 13.
