Stamford village home
Frank and Pat Parks have purchased Wanda Callagy’s home on South Delaware Street in the Village of Stamford.  After a number of years of living up on Blenheim Hill, the Parks are happy to be back living in the village. The house was listed and sold by Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties out of the Stamford office.

Happy to be back
Michael Anzalone has purchased Carol Davies’ home on Jefferson Mountain Road. After being out of the area for years, Mike is happy to be back in the area. The sale was brokered through Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, out of the Stamford office, with Paula Loesel being the listing and selling agent.
 
Borders state land
 Long-term Margaretville resident Anthony Mavaro has sold his country home at 15 Beuth Road, Hardenburgh to brothers Joseph Fedora and Charles Giandana from the New York area. Avid hunters and outdoors enthusiasts, the buyers are excited about taking up residence. The house sits on approximately two acres and adjoins state land. The property was listed by Rebecca A. Saunders and sold by John J. Aron, both licensed real estate salespersons at Prudential Fox Properties, in Margaretville.

Cape Horn Road
Steve Peleski of Cape Horn Road has sold his trailer on 12 acres to Tom and Lisa Mantz from New Jersey.  The Mantzs are looking forward to spending weekends in the country and eventually building their retirement home on the land. The sale was brokered through Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, out of the Stamford office, with Paula Loesel as the listing and selling agent.

Davenport home with pond
John Patterson and Jessica Rall have purchased their first home on Rathbun Road in Davenport from Albino Sellitti of New Jersey. The home, on 25 acres with pond and garage, contains a wonderful open floor plan with charming fireplace. The property was listed by Joanne Callahan with Century 21 Chesser and sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Delhi village home
Kelly Perry of Delhi has sold her house located on Franklin Street to Wendy Phillips of Elmont. The listing and selling agency was Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, Melissa Wakin-Mostert, associate broker.
 
Roxbury farm
EHR Investments, the owners of the Early Sunrise Farm in Roxbury, decided that after over 25 years it was time to sell their beloved family farm. The new owner, a retired attorney from Stamford, CT had been searching for a year-around retreat in the Catskills that could be enjoyed by all of his extended family. He also was interested in a property that could be developed into organic beef farming. Both of these wishes came true upon visiting this 148-acre estate with three homes and expansive mountain views. Alex Exarchos of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, Delhi made the sale.

Bovina parcel
John Sigona has purchased a parcel of vacant land on Brush Hollow Road in Bovina. The five-acre parcel, with its gentle slope and old stone walls, adjoins NYC Watershed land. Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, listed and sold the property.
 
Jefferson home
Ron and Kathy Pollaro of Connecticut have purchased a home on Woodland Drive in Jefferson from Darrell and Donna Duheme. The beautifully maintained home is situated on 15 acres with lovely landscaping.
