Ranch home
Charles and Diane Nickols have sold their renovated ranch home on East Hubbell Hill to David and Nancy Goldstein of Deer Park. The Goldsteins will be using their new house for a country retreat. This Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties’ listing was sold through a cooperative effort with Appletree Realty. Kevin Valk of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and Diana Johnson of Appletree Reality were the selling agents involved.

Town of Hamden home
Monica and Kevin Lum of DeLancey are the new owners of a home on Chambers Hollow Road in the Town of Hamden. They purchased the home from Beverly Amsel and John Mullen of New York City. The Lum family is now occupying the property full time. The home was listed by Kathy Hood, associate broker, with Ogden Real Estate and sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Vacant land
Dine Drago of East Northport has purchased 18+ acres of vacant land off Reuben Todd in Delhi from Joseph Masheck of New York City. Ms. Drago and her family are elated to have their own piece of the Catskills that they can come to for relaxation on the weekends. Delhi home
Patrick Nordquist and Crystal Allen sold their lovely home in Delhi to Rob and Vanessa Kassabian of Brooklyn. Patrick and Crystal have moved south to a warmer climate. Rob and Vanessa are anxious to put their mark on this distinctive property. Perch Lake cottage
Lou and Beverly Hamway have sold their Perch Lake cottage in Andes. The new owners, Ed and Tali Miller, will be joining family members on the lake and looking forward to spending a lot of time in this beautiful area. 10-acre parcel
Ed and Michele Lawrence have purchased a 10-acre parcel of land on Hog Mountain Circle Road in Fleischmanns and plan to build a retirement home there in the near future. The property was listed exclusively by John Tufillaro and sold by Susan Doig, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Hunting camp
Mario Falco has parted ways with his secluded hunting camp on Ridge Road in the Town of Bovina. Mario will not be parting from the attachment he has to Bovina Mountain, he will shortly be building the log house of his dreams. The new owners, Salvatore and Marie Caltabellotta from Yorktown Heights, look forward to relaxing and introducing their young son to the Catskill Mountains.
