Ion and Mio Popescu from Jackson Heights, NY have purchased a chalet home on Rainbow Ridge in Jefferson from John Guinan. They are thrilled to have a base up in the Catskills and are beginning their job search with local health providers and hope to call Jefferson their full-time residence soon. This sale was brokered through the Stamford office of Coldwell Banker Timberland with Christopher Di Corato as the listing agent and Paula and Bob Loesel as the selling agents.

The new owners have already moved in and are completing their renovations.
