The former Harrison Morse “Plantation design” ranch-styled home on 10.5+/- acres located on Stratton Falls Road, in the Town of Roxbury, has been sold to W. Pultz of Big Indian. The sale was arranged by Dorothy J. Ward, NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker at Kaatskill Mt. Real Estate, Margaretville.

Town of Andes cabin
Fred Geiger, longtime admirer of the Catskills, has parted ways with his beloved one-bedroom cabin on Pine Tree Lane in the Town of Andes. The new owners, James Michel and Linda Moran are from the Big Apple and have always wanted to own a cabin in the mountains with gorgeous views. The property was listed exclusively by Carol Spinelli, licensed sales associate and sold by Stacy S. Keck/associate broker, both from Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Five-acre parcel
The Picciano family from Levittown has purchased a unique, fully developed five-acre parcel of land in the Charles Dent subdivision, Town of Roxbury. A fully equipped camper thrown in for good measure waits the upcoming hunting season. The seller, Joseph Passalacqua from Goshen, NY is an avid hunter, already searching for his next Catskill Mountain property. The property was listed exclusively and sold by Stacy S. Thomas Bisceglia from South Salem has given up his 13 acres of hunting paradise on Fuller District Road in the Town of Jefferson, Schoharie County, to get married. The new owner, Jacek Bugnacki from Mastic can’t wait for hunting season to start and eventually plans on building. Lawrence and Margaret Lorenzano have purchased a charming little two-bedroom house on just over an acre of land in the Town of Gilboa from Mary Jo McCain. Also included in the sale of the house was an even more charming little A-Frame cottage that the new owners plan to renovate. The Lorenzanos plan to enjoy their new home as often as they can. Charles and Loretta Jones, the happy new owners, have already moved in and they are anxious to use their artistic flair in their new home. Gols’ estate
Robert E. Campbell, guardian for Anna Gols, has sold the estate of Anna Gols off Vega Mountain Road. The new owners, Dennis J.
