Daphne and Yoram Ayalon had been looking for quite some time for a farm to buy.  Upon seeing the Rothschild farm in Andes they decided it was a perfect fit.  Now that the sale has closed, they will embark on the process of making the necessary improvements for their next project.  The exclusive listing was listed by Carol Spinelli of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and sold by Jean Orr of Fox Prudential.

Nora and Harry Sarti have sold a parcel of land on Crescent Road in Gilboa to Dave Maurer. The land offers a mix of meadow and woods and the Schoharie Creek is right across the road. Laura Gerard with NY Country Land provided the buyer and Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, listed the property.

Salvatore Piazza has sold his property on Fish Hollow Road in Hamden to Raymond and Michael Cauchi of NYC. The cabin, on 17 open and wooded acres of land, offers views and adjoins NYC watershed land.
