Stratton Falls Campground
George Slauson has sold the Stratton Falls Campground, which had been in his family for over 40 years. The new owner/operators are Stan and Anna Duszak. They will continue to welcome campers to the facility along the East Branch of the Delaware River in the Town of Roxbury. The property was listed by Stacy Keck and sold by John Marinaccio, associate brokers with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
The Shafer family has sold its lovely Cape-style home off Academy Street in Margaretville to Chuck and Sarah Scully. This is the couple’s first home and will be their full-time residence. This was a Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties exclusive listing. Kevin Valk was the listing and selling agent.

James Parascandola has purchased a home on Sherman Hill Road in Franklin from George and Susan Ruple. James and his family look forward to living full-time in the ranch home on nearly 17 acres.
