The new owners, Peter and Jennifer Tehomilic from Astoria, are very excited to be in Roxbury Run. The property was listed exclusively and sold by Stacy Keck-Colliton, associate broker from Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Love at first sight
It was love at first sight for the young couple Michael Stroud and Andrea Helgadottir when they first visited the Fox Meadow Lane property off Hubbell Hill with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties Associate Broker Reginald Oberlag. The distant mountain view overlooking the gardens and pond in front of the open and airy cape chalet was just the setting and home they hoped to find. It was the country home of the actor Pablo Schreiber and his wife, Jessica, and their two sons who are re-locating to Los Angeles for Mr. Schreiber’s new role in the reborn Ironsides television series. The property was listed exclusively by Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties Agent John Tufillaro and sold by Associate Broker Reginald Oberlag.

They fell in love with this lovely cabin and its beautiful views and look forward to spending time there. The property was listed by Jill Ogden and sold by Alex Exarchos, both of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties in Delhi.
