Real Estate Changes: July 3, 2013
Richard and Sara Michaels have sold their 89-acre parcel of land in the Town of Meredith. The property was exclusively listed by Sue Doig of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
Timothy Townsend has sold his stately colonial with two apartments on Elm Street in Delhi to Ben-Sohns Enterprises, also from Delhi, who plans to rent it for student rentals. With a big back yard, and large rooms throughout, some students will be lucky to have such nice accommodations. The property was listed by Jean Orr, associate broker and manager of the Margaretville office of Prudential Fox Properties, and sold by Brad Vohs, manager of the Oneonta office of Realty USA.
John and Ann Studer have sold their custom-built, three-bedroom contemporary home with garage and mini barn on seven private acres with beautiful mountain views, bounded by thousands of acres of state land off Kurt’s Drive in Big Indian. The new owners, Michael Lobianco and Ashley James of Manhattan, have already moved in and are excited about the many state hiking trails right in their own “back yard.” The Belleayre Realty exclusive was listed by Don Blouin, principal broker and sold by Linda Augustine, licenses salesperson, both with Belleayre Realty in Fleischmanns.
