Narrow Notch Road lot
John and Colleen Latyshev had a very specific vision and spent many an afternoon looking for the ideal parcel of land to build a weekend retreat. Upon viewing the 5.6-acre Narrow Notch Road lot in Stamford, for sale by Mauro Guillermo, they knew right away that this was the one! The property was listed exclusively by Jill Ogden and sold by Alex Exarchos both of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties’ Delhi Office.

Roxbury Run Village
Kevin and Dorothy McCarthy have sold their three-bedroom, two-bath, tri-level Roxbury Run Village townhouse to Monica Kipiniak of Brooklyn. Monica and her family plan to relax in their spacious new home whenever she can break away from her hectic law practice. The sale was arranged as a co-broke with John Aron, licensed salesperson for Pru Fox Properties, and sold by Linda Augustine, licensed salesperson for Belleayre Realty in Fleischmanns.

Jones Hollow chalet
Robert Schluter recently sold his chalet on Jones Hollow in Andes to Yelena Pavlenko and her husband, Paul Sulzbach, from Auburndale.  It was not easy parting ways for Bob, this was a complete renovation, truly his pride and joy.  He knows it’s in good hands and is now a dream come true for Yelena and Paul.  The property was listed exclusively by Susan Doig/associate broker and sold by Stacy Keck-Colliton/associate broker, both from Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Conesville home
Richard and Ed Ryan have purchased a lovely home in Conesville. Their new residence will certainly be enjoyed by the Ryan family with over 12 acres, privacy galore and a beautiful pond. The home was listed exclusively by Kevin Valk and sold by Sean O’Shaughnessy, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Hewlett Homestead
Ed Davis has purchased Clair Lee’s home in Jefferson on the corner or Route 10 and Peck Street. His home on Long Island sustained substantial damage from Hurricane Sandy and he is thrilled to have a getaway apartment in the Catskills. Locals know the home as the Hewlett Homestead. The Hewlett family ran the general store on Main Street in Jefferson for over 50 years.

Hickory Hill Road
After 30 years in their country home outside Stamford on Hickory Hill Road, Jerry and Barbara DePalma have moved to North Carolina and sold their lovely contemporary to the charming young family of Renaud and Florina Falce and their lovely young daughter, Clementine, from Manhattan. The property was exclusively listed and sold by Reginald Oberlag, associate broker at Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties’ Margaretville office.

A-frame with views
Pete D’Elio has sold his Catskills retreat on George Lawrence Road in Roxbury to Paul Weil and his wife, Johanna, and family from New York City. The young family is looking forward to year-round enjoyment of the A-Frame with spectacular views down the Denver-Vega Valley and plan to set up an art and jewelry studio in the little barn.
