Jessica Eubanks has purchased a Cape Cod style home in the Hamlet of Treadwell. Her daughter, Perry Lee is looking forward to starting out the New Year in a new school. Mark Silvester has purchased a lovely and spacious house in Margaretville on over 20 acres. The property consists of a large barn, all the privacy one could wish for and beautiful mountain views. Matt and Tiffany Thomas have purchased a home on county Route 20 in Masonville from James D’Angelo and Pat O’Dell. The Thomas are settling into their new home, which is located on 10 acres with a stream and pond. Patrice Kindl and Paul Roediger have purchased a parcel of land in Gilboa from Frank Scott.
