Frank and Johanna Goodman have sold their three-bedroom-two-bath home with four-sided-wrap deck with breathtaking views of Windham Mountain and 38 acres, off Overlook Road in the Town of Roxbury. The new owners, Anthony and Diane Fiammetta and family, of Staten Island have already moved in. Frank and Johanna have relocated to Port Orange, Fla. Dr. Michael Betsy and wife, Cheryl Betsy, of Upper Saddle River have purchased Robert and Christine Pestone’s three-bedroom, three-bath Pan-A-Bode Long contemporary home hidden away on 10 private acres with views of Belleayre Mountain off Treetops Road in the Red Kill Valley above Fleischmanns. Michael and Cheryl look forward to spending as much quiet time in the mountains with their family as possible.
