Newlyweds and first-time homebuyers, Mr. and Mrs. Cormac Bailey are the new owners of 165 Mt. Jefferson Road, Jefferson; a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath chalet perched up high off the road with fantastic views to the upper reservoir in Gilboa.  Paula Loesel, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties in Stamford, sold the house.

Bovina home sold
Alex and Norina Ross have sold their lovely home in Bovina to William Drake. The new owner is looking forward to his breathtaking views and to enjoying the serenity of the Catskills. The property was listed by Dorothy McArdle of Apple Tree Realty and sold by Jeffrey Ashton of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
