Arman Hamamdjian and Madlen Massarlian have purchased a three-bedroom, two-bath chalet on 2.1 acres in Roxbury Run from John and Patricia Nicolais. The new owners are very happy to be able to escape from their busy lives in the city to a place that they can unwind, relax and play tennis. The property was listed exclusively by Robert Kurtzer, licensed real estate salesperson and sold by John Tufillaro, licensed real estate salesperson, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties. 
   
1880s home
Eva Wren recently sold her mother’s home in East Meredith to Shelly Capra of Oneonta. The home has been owned by the same family since its construction in the 1880s, and will used as a full-time residence.  The property was listed exclusively and the sale was arranged by Ray and Janet Pucci of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Bovina parcel
Dana Stabin has sold his beautiful 10.87-acre parcel in Bovina’s Meadow Hills.  The new owners have no immediate plans for the property.  The property was listed by Carol Spinelli and sold by Susan Doig, both agents have earned the Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist Designation, and work out of the Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties Margaretville office.

Four-square style home
Michael Hillis has sold his four-square style home in Harpersfield. The new owner, Edward Radwinsky, has big plans for the property, which is opposite the old Harpersfield General Store. The property was exclusively listed and sold by John Marinaccio, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Log house
Laura and Fran Frobel had been looking for their perfect Catskill retreat for some time. When they saw Nancy Stenger’s log house on Quail Ridge Road in Denver they knew immediately that this was the home for them!
