Arman Hamamdjian and Madlen Massarlian have purchased a three-bedroom, two-bath chalet on 2.1 acres in Roxbury Run from John and Patricia Nicolais. The new owners are very happy to be able to escape from their busy lives in the city to a place that they can unwind, relax and play tennis. Eva Wren recently sold her mother’s home in East Meredith to Shelly Capra of Oneonta. The home has been owned by the same family since its construction in the 1880s, and will used as a full-time residence. Michael Hillis has sold his four-square style home in Harpersfield. The new owner, Edward Radwinsky, has big plans for the property, which is opposite the old Harpersfield General Store.
