Johansen of New York. The new owners plan to make the Catskills their full time home. Clement Schuerlein has sold a home on Maybie Road in Gilboa to Konstantin and Anita Gorbatch of Brooklyn. The eight acres, with its huge backyard pond, is sure to provide the perfect setting for the family.
