NBDC earns five-star rating for 79th consecutive quarter

Walton – BauerFinancial, a national bank rating firm, notified National Bank of Delaware County President Patrick Galloway that NBDC has again been granted five-star status.
Bauer President Karen L. Dorway said that in these challenging financial times, the number of five-star banks has diminished.
“That doesn’t mean they’re extinct,” she added. “In spite of the challenges, NBDC has achieved its 79th consecutive quarter of five-star status, and is an excellent example of traditional, conservative banking.
“In this new era of ‘back to basics’ thinking, this is exactly what you should be looking for in a bank.”
The rating, Dorway said, is based on the overall financial picture of the bank. “A 5-Star rating, especially in this financial climate, indicates that NBDC is one of the strongest banks in the nation.” she said. “Only four percent of the nation’s banks can claim five-star ratings for 79 consecutive quarters.” she concluded.
