Marian was born in Smithtown, Long Island on July 22, 1984, a son of Candice Kulak of Long Island and son and stepson of Marian Jr. and Aldona Kulak of Grand Gorge. He was the grandson of Mathilde Kulak.
He was employed at the Maine Black Bear restaurant in Arkville.
Marian is survived by his parents and stepmother, his brothers, Carl and Michael Kulak of Long Island and a son, Marian Kulak IV.
Funeral services were held on Long Island on August 17, 2010. He was buried in the family plot in Bayshore next to his grandfather and uncle. Funeral arraignments were by the Overton Funeral Home, Islip.
