"History Happening!" at DCHA June 6
Delhi — Come to the Delaware County Historical Association (DCHA) on Saturday, June 6 from noon to 5 p.m. Experience the fun of historic crafts, artisanry and other activities at DCHA’s “History Happening Day.” Come immerse yourself in a day of workshops and demonstrations with hands-on opportunities for the entire family.
Throughout the day there will be an assortment of historic activities occurring across our museum site, both inside and outside under tents. Activities will include: spinning, quilting, woodworking, blacksmithing, candle making, farrier, and soap making. In addition, there will be a program concerning the history of guns. Local vendors will be on-site with a variety of wares available for purchase.
Admission to this fantastic daylong event is only $4 for adults and $1.50 for children under 12. Admission also includes visits to all the buildings on the site. Refreshments will be available.
