Graduation set for Friday and Saturday

Graduations will be celebrated this weekend at area high schools.

Andes Central School will hold its commencement on Friday, June 21 at 7 p.m. The outdoor ceremony will be held under a tent.
Tristin Tait will address the audience as class Valedictorian and Kelsey Little will offer a speech as Salutatorian. Guest speaker at the graduation will be Jeffrey Rhone, Spanish language instructor at ACS.

Graduation at Margaretville Central School will be held on Saturday, June 22 at 1:30 p.m. in front of the school, weather permitting.
Guest speaker at the commencement will be MCS Physical Education and Health Teacher Tracy Reither.
Sean Gauntt will offer the Valedictory address and Diane Perez will speak as the Salutatorian.

Onteora High School will hold its graduation on Friday, June 21 at 6 p.m. on the football field behind the Boiceville school. In the event of poor weather, the commencement will be moved to the gymnasium.
Speakers will include: Valedictorian Danielle Barringer, Salutatorian Alexa Oakes, Class President Anna Weissman, Hudson River Ventures President Sean Eldridge and High School Principal Lance Edelman.

Graduation at Roxbury Central School is set for Saturday, June 22 at 11 a.m. in the gym.
Guest speaker will be RCS graduate and Licensed Teaching Assistant Susan Cole. Kennedy Faraci will offer the Valedictory address and Bailey O’Donnell will give the Salutatory speech.
