The Engaging the World Forum meets at 3 p.m. at the Jay Gould Memorial Reformed Church on Main Street in Roxbury to explore the complex relationship among faith, doubt, fundamentalism, and secularism. In an interview filmed recently at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., renowned sociologist Peter Berger discusses what he sees as the important balance between doubt and faith, and the usefulness of doubt in faith communities and in civic life. All are invited to come and share thoughts and ideas. Information: 845 586-1689, 607 326-7101, or e-mail gouldchurch@catskill.net.
