Central Catskills Collaborative to draft Scenic Byway vision

Arkville — The Central Catskills Collaborative invites the public to participate in crafting a preliminary vision and goals statement, the next step in the development of the Corridor Management Plan.
The vision statement will guide the Scenic Byway nomination over the course of the project. Public involvement is critical in expressing the local and regional needs of the corridor in the plan. The Collaborative, led by representatives from seven communities along Route 28, from Hurley to Andes, encourages all interested parties along the corridor to contribute to the project.
The interactive visioning workshop will take place at the Catskill Center for Conservation and Development on Thursday, Sept. 24 from 6-8 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
