Area Police News: November 6, 2013

Michael J. Labumbard, 49, of Margaretville was arrested by state police on October 29 on a criminal summons charging him with writing 14 bad checks to the Margaretville Country Store.
He was ordered to appear in Town of Middletown Justice Court on November 21 to answer the charges.

Jolene L. Hynes, 36, of Stamford was arrested by state police on October 30 and faces a number of charges after police searched her home and allegedly found drugs and drug paraphernalia in her home in the company of a child.
Police charged Hynes with endangering the welfare of a child, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
She was arraigned in Town of Stamford Justice Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail to await further court action.

Barbara A. Boucher, 61, of New Kingston was arrested by state police and charged with DWAI drugs following a one-car personal injury auto accident on November 1 on Margaretville Mountain Road.
Boucher was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Middletown Justice Court on November 14 at 9 a.m.

Amanda Cilento, 24, of Roxbury was arrested by state police on November 2 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic incident at her father’s home. She was also charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
She was issued appearance tickets returnable in Town of Roxbury Justice Court.

Thomas J. Tryon, 20, of Roxbury was arrested by state police on November 3 and charged with DWAI drugs after he was stopped on Route 30 in Roxbury for a traffic violation.
Police say they also charged Tryon with unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, loud muffler and fail to notify DMV of an address change.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Roxbury Justice Court on November 20.

Delia A. Hernandez, 49, of Stamford was arrested by state police on October 30 and charged with DWI after police responded to a domestic dispute call on Main Street in Stamford.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Stamford Justice Court on November 26 at 6 p.m.
