Area Police News: March 28, 2012

On March 25 as a result of a domestic incident, Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John C. Todd, 30, of Margaretville for fourth-degree criminal mischief due to allegedly damaging his ex-girlfriend’s car with a tire iron.
Todd was arraigned at the Town of Middletown Court and released on his own recognizance. At such time a temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim and her children. Todd is ordered to appear before the aforementioned court on April 12 for further court proceedings.

On March 22 Delaware County Sheriff Deputies investigated an erratic operation of a motor vehicle complaint in the Village of Delhi. Deputies then arrested Brandan Barrett of Delhi for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Barrett was arraigned in the Town Of Delhi Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $2000 cash bail.

Sheriff’s deputies also arrested Claire Gutliph of DeLancey for second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia during the same incident. Gutliph was given an appearance ticket and released.

Keerigan M. Kellerhouse-Howard, 17, of Prattsville was arrested by state police on March 15 and charged with DWI drugs after he was involved in a traffic accident on Baird Road in Stamford. Police He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Stamford Justice Court.

Brandon M. Galunas, 21, of Andes was arrested by state police on March 16 and charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon after he allegedly stabbed another man at a residence on Big Red Kill Road in Fleischmanns. Police say the incident involved Galunas’ ex girlfriend and their seven-month-old child who had both recently moved into the home.
Galunas was arraigned in Town of Middletown Justice Court and remanded to the county jail to await a felony hearing.

Francis K. Conklin, 42, of Arkville was arrested by state police on March 21 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation after he was stopped on Route 30 in Grand Gorge for having loud exhaust. Police say they issued Conklin a ticket returnable in Town of Roxbury Justice Court on April 11.

Donnalynn Roberts, 53, of Margaretville was arrested by state police on March 22 and charged with DWI after she for a traffic violation on Bridge Street in Margaretville.
Police say they charged Roberts when her blood-alcohol content allegedly tested .15 percent.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Middletown Justice Court on April 19 at 9 a.m.

Nat J. Torbeck, 54, of Halcottsville and Euless, TX was arrested by state police on March 23 and charged with DWI after he was stopped on Halcottsville Road for not wearing a seat belt.
Police say they charged Torbeck when his blood alcohol-level allegedly tested .11 percent.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Middletown Justice Court on April 2 at 9 a.m.

Kenneth F. Dillman, 16, of Stamford was arrested by state police on March 17 and charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly stole an Apple iPod Touch from a friend and then damaged its screen.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable in Stamford Court on April 10.
