Area Police News: January 15, 2014

Robert Dunphy, 56, of Downsville was arrested by Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies on January 9 and charged with two counts of criminal trespass. The arrest stems from an alleged domestic dispute that was reported to the Delaware County Department of Social Services.
Dunphy was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Colchester Justice Court on January 21 at 1 p.m.
Jasmine N. Reed, 17, of Prattsville was arrested by Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies on January 9 and charged with second-degree harassment in regards to an incident that occurred on December 26 in the Hamlet of Grand Gorge.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Roxbury Court Justice Court at a later time and date.
Delaware County Deputies arrested Michelle L. Wright, 41, of Margaretville on January 12 for two counts of fourth-degree felony grand larceny, fourth-degree felony criminal possession of stolen property, and second-degree criminal impersonation.
She was arraigned in the Town of Roxbury Justice Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. It is alleged that Michelle used a credit card that did not belong to her and charged in excess of $1,000.
She is due back in the Town of Roxbury Justice Court on January 15 at 7 p.m.
Kenneth J. Fazzina, 54, of Pine Hill was arrested by Shandaken Police on January 11 and charged with second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute at his home.
He was arraigned and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $200 cash bail to await further court action.
