Frantz Jeanniton, 49, of Hamden was arrested by state police on Jan. 1 and charged with DWI after he was stopped in the Village of Walton for a traffic violation.
Police say they charged Jeanniton when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .16 percent.
In addition to DWI he was charged with being an unlicensed operator and failure to signal a turn.
Jeanniton is scheduled to appear in Town of Walton Justice Court on Jan. 29 to answer the charges.
Jason C. Young, 30, of Gilboa was arrested by state police Friday and charged with aggravated DWI after he was stopped on Route 30 for a number of traffic violations.
Police say they charged Young with aggravated DWI when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .19 percent.
In addition to aggravated DWI he was issued six traffic tickets including having no front or rear license plates.
Young is scheduled to appear in the Town of Roxbury Justice Court on Jan. 21.
Cynthia D. Angerman, 49, of Summit was arrested Monday by state police and charged with two counts of writing bad checks to a Stamford business.
She was arraigned in Town of Stamford Justice Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $300 cash bail.
