Area Police News: December 5, 2012

Kathleen M. Denario, 50, of Stamford was arrested by state police on December 1 and charged with petit larceny. Police say Denario left the Stewart’s Shop in Stamford without paying for several food items after having had an argument with staff in the store about getting a refund for an earlier purchased item.
Denario was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Harpersfield Justice Court on December 10 at 7 p.m.

Three Grand Gorge men face a number of charges after the car in which they were all riding was stopped for speeding on Route 30 in the Town of Roxbury on November 27.
The driver, Michael S. Wesibrod, 27, was charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana. Two passengers, Justin D. and Jason C. Burroughs, both 27, were each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
All three men were issued appearance tickets returnable in Town of Roxbury Justice Court on December 12.

Ryan E. Nally, 19, of Yorktown Heights was arrested by state police on November 26 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Elm Street in Delhi.
Nally was issued appearance tickets returnable in Town of Delhi Justice Court on December 11 at 9 a.m.

Chelsea C. Carlen, 19, of Wading River was arrested by state police on November 26 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after police questioned her about a parking violation on Main Street in Delhi.
Carlen was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Delhi Justice Court on December 11 at 9 a.m.

Tonimarie Lebel, 23, of Roxbury was arrested by state police on November 28 and charged with criminal mischief after she allegedly damaged a vehicle belonging to her boyfriend’s mother following an argument with her boyfriend.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Roxbury Justice Court on December 5.

Aaron J. Scudder, 25, Margaretville was arrested by state police on November 30 and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment after he allegedly sent numerous inappropriate text messages to a 14-year-old girl.
Scudder was arraigned in Town of Middletown Justice Court and remanded to the county jail after the court determined that the charge violated the terms of Scudder’s probation.

Crystal R. Amatulli, 28, of Medford was arrested by state police on December 1 and charged with DWI after police found her car stopped on Col. Harper Drive in the Town of Harpersfield. Police say they charged Amatulli when her blood alcohol level allegedly tested .10 percent.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Harpersfield Justice Court on December 31 at 7 p.m.
