James Zoccoli, 61, of Shady was arrested by Shandaken Police on March 26 and charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
He was arraigned in Town of Shandaken Justice Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail to await further court action.
Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Frank A. Darmody, 34, of Arkville on March 27 on an arrest warrant from Town of Jefferson in Schoharie County.
Deputies located Darmody at his residence in Arkville and turned him over to Schoharie County Deputies.
Warren D. Post, 46, of Stamford was arrested by state police on March 26 and charged with DWAI after he was stopped on Harper Street in Stamford for allegedly running a red light at the intersection of routes 10 and 23 in that village.
Police say they charged Post when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .06 percent. He was issued tickets returnable in Town of Harpersfield Justice Court on April 28 at 7 p.m.
Edward D. Kutner, 62, of Stamford was arrested by state police on March 27 and charged with DWI following a property damage accident on Pearl Street in Hobart.
Police say they charged Kutner when his blood alcohol content allegedly tested .15 percent.
He was issued tickets returnable in Town of Stamford Justice Court on May 13 at 6 p.m.
Mathew N. Howard, 24, of Hobart was arrested by state police on March 29 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a property damage accident on Route 30 in the Town of Roxbury.
Police say they also charged Howard with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.
He was issued tickets returnable in Town of Roxbury Justice Court on April 9 at 7 p.m.
