Wayne D. Ecker, 44, of Mount Tremper was arrested by the Shandaken Police Department Friday and charged with DWI after he allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign.
Ecker was arraigned in Shandaken Justice Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail.

Jeffrey R. Bouton, 45, of Fleischmanns was arrested by state police on Friday and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and growing marijuana after police came to his home in response to a 911 call.

Aaron N. Engel, 36, of Margaretville was arrested by state police on September 10 and charged with second-degree harassment and third-degree criminal trespass following a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend over visitation rights concerning their daughter. Police say alcohol was involved in the incident.
Engel was arraigned in Town of Middletown Justice Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending further court action.

William J. Impellizzeri, 49, of Hobart was arrested by state police Friday and charged with DWI after he was stopped on Route 23 in the Town of Harpersfield for speeding. Police say they charged Impellizzeri when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .16 percent.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable in Town of Harpersfield Justice Court on September 12.

Brigid M. McGinn, 50, of Bovina Center was arrested by state police on August 24 and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license after she was stopped on county Route 6 in Bovina.

Vanessa M. Sanchez, 31, of Swan Lake was arrested by state police on August 8 on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Middletown Justice Court charging her with failure to appear. She was arraigned and released to reappear at a later date.

Michael F. Fairbairn, 22, of Middleburgh was arrested by state police on August 8 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute with his girlfriend and a fight with his father. Police say Fairbairn was highly intoxicated at the time of the incidents.

Richard L. Howland, 64, of Phoenicia was arrested by members of the Shandaken Police Department on August 8 following a property damage accident.
Police say Howland was charged with DWI and issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Shandaken Justice Court at a later date.
Shandaken Police report the arrest on August 2 of Kevin C. Maloney, 30, of Phoenicia. Maloney was charged with DWAI drugs after he was stopped for a traffic violation.
He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and issued appearance tickets returnable in Shandaken Justice Court.

On July 29, following an investigation by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested and arraigned, Matthew Mattice, 20 of Downsville on a sealed grand jury indictment.
The grand jury indictment included charges of felony first-degree rape, felony first-degree criminal sexual act, felony first-degree sexual abuse and misdemeanor second-degree menacing.
Following arraignment Mattice was sent to the county jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.

Derek R. Tudor, 20, of Garrison was arrested by state police Friday and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and consumption of alcohol within a vehicle after he was stopped on Route 28 in Andes for a traffic violation.
Tudor was issued appearance tickets returnable in Town of Andes Justice Court on August 25.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Timothy J. Wren, 51, of Colchester on July 20 and charged him with one count of first-degree forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor and three counts third-degree rape, a class E felony, and other related felony charges.
It is alleged that Wren engaged in sexual acts with a child less than 17 years old.
Wren was arraigned before the Town of Colchester Court and released on his on recognizance.
The investigation into this and other alleged incidents is continuing at this time and additional charges may be pending.

Lori Hayden, 44, of Margaretville was arrested by state police Friday and charged with one count of disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute. Police say they responded to her Church Street apartment following a 911 call reporting the disturbance and arrested Hayden after she allegedly told a trooper she was going to shoot him.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Hamden man on Wednesday, Aug. 11 on felony weapon charges. Deputies arrested and charged Jonathan Gutliph, 23, with one count each of second-degree criminal sale of a weapon and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
