Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph C. Naccarato, 27, of Ballston Lake on February 17 for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, and speed not reasonable and prudent.
Naccarato was the operator in a one-car motor vehicle accident, which occurred on Scotch Mountain Road in the Town of Delhi. Naccarato was allegedly driving too fast for road conditions and left the roadway and overturned. Naccarato was transported to O’Connor Hospital in Delhi where he was treated and released with minor cuts and bruises.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kahlil M. Williams, 40, of Binghamton on February 13 on a Delaware County Family Court warrant for Failure to Pay Child Support. Williams was remanded to the Delaware County Jail without bail.

Rafael Figueroa, 33, of Denver was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after he was stopped by State Police on Route 28 in the Town of Middletown on February 7. The charge stemmed from a January 21 accident in which Figueroa drove his vehicle into a Route 30, Margaretville home causing extensive damage. He was previously charged with speeding, moving from a lane unsafely, driving on the shoulder and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
He was issued an appearance ticket returned in Middletown Town Court on February 21.

Victoria M. Quigley, 20, of Davenport was arrested by state police on February 1 and charged with having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a person under 21 when the car she was driving was stopped on Route 23 in Harpersfield for a traffic violation.

Bradley O. Teator, 20, of West Davenport, a passenger in the car being driven by Quigley, was also arrested by state police and faces the same three charges as the driver.

Nehemiah A. Clark, 33, of Arkville was arrested by state police on January 21 and charged with second-degree burglary.
Police report that they received the complaint of a burglary from a South Side Road, Margaretville resident who told them that someone had entered her home and taken a Panasonic mini-recorder and a Kindle Fire. The homeowner also told police that her computer’s surveillance camera had recorded the image of the burglar.
Upon reviewing the recording, police say they recognized Clark and that the stolen items were later recovered.

Michael P. Stein, 18, of Delhi was arrested by state police on January 21 and charged with unlawfully growing marijuana following an argument with his father at their home in Delhi. Police responded to the scene for a domestic dispute and allegedly discovered several small marijuana plants growing in soda cans filled with dirt.
In a related incident, police also charged Stein’s mother, Christie L. Rudd, 36, of Delhi with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after she drove to the scene and police discovered that her license is suspended.

Logan B. Coss, 19, of Roxbury was arrested by state police on January 9 and charged with possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years old after police responded to his home on an unrelated complaint.
Coss was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Roxbury Justice Court.

Sammy L. Truax, 46, of Hobart was arrested by state police on January 10 and charged with aggravated DWI after he was stopped on Main Street in Hobart for a traffic violation.

A Margaretville woman and two young people, a male and a female, face charges after a drinking party in the woman’s home on December 31 got out of control. Police say the two argued with the woman and threw items around her home. Police also say other youths were also involved in the party.
Police say the woman, Lisa Murphy, 40, of Route 36, Margaretville called them to report the incident. When police arrived they found Erik G. Hall, 20, of Fleischmanns and Stacey M. Post, 19, of Prattsville in the home along with Murphy.

Two young men, both from Mastic, New York, were arrested by state police on December 19 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after the car in which they were riding was stopped on Main Street in Delhi for a traffic violation.
Police say they detected the odor of marijuana and charged Kevin P. Hughes, 21, and Zachary R. Bower, 21. The driver of the vehicle, Connor E. Hughes, 17, also of Mastic, was issued a ticket for stopping beyond a crosswalk.
All of the tickets were returnable in Town of Delhi Justice Court on January 22 at 9 a.m.

Nicole D. Fudge, 24, of Phoenicia was arrested on December 12 by Shandaken Police Department Deputies and charged with violation of probation. Deputies say Fudge was arrested while she was being released from custody at the Ulster County Jail on an unrelated matter.
Fudge was transported to Shandaken where she was arraigned in town justice court and was then remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
