‘An Evening of Parlor Magic’ a benefit for Open Eye Theater

Margaretville — An enchanting evening with master magician Art Martello, “An Evening of Parlor Magic” will take place on Friday, July 23 at 7:30 p.m. at The Open Eye Theater, 960 Main Street, Margaretville.


Carolyn Faraci is Roxbury Rotary president

Roxbury — The Rotary Club of Roxbury recently passed the presidential gavel to Carolyn Faraci.
Faraci  resides on Burroughs Road in Roxbury and is employed by the Roxbury Town Clerk’s office.  She will be supported by Jim Cuttita, secretary of the club.


Crafts workshops planned at RAG

Halcottsville — In a new collaboration between The Roxbury Arts Group and The Catskill Mountain Artisans’ Guild, artisans will demonstrate the “how-tos” of crafts from basketry and paper marbling to quilting and wood carving at the Patatakan Farmers’ Market every Saturday from July 3 to September 4 from 10 a.m. to noon as part of the Catskill Arts and Air events at the market.


On Dean’s List

Kelsey is a senior psychology major who expects to graduate in December.
