Northlands in Fleischmanns sold

By Jay Braman Jr.
The owner of the Northland Motel in Fleischmanns has sold the property.
Rocky Kalra owned and operated the Northland, located on Main Street in the heart of the village, for eight years before selling it to the owners of the nearby Flagstone Motel. The sale closed on June 1.

The sale occurred after the Flagstone owners made an offer on the property, which Kalra said had not been listed for sale.
But when he saw the offer, a figure he did not disclose, he took it.
